Description

Williams Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Health Project Coordinator/Case Manager to support a Federal client in management and coordination of a medical expert panel in the support of disability determinations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with project team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing activities based on deadlines, available resources, and complexity of the task
  • Ensure that all regulatory and training requirements are met
  • Coordinate meetings with other staff members to ensure alignment about project details
  • Respond to regularly occurring requests for information
  • Prepare reports for superiors regarding project status, costs, and timelines
  • Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure that all parties are aware of project details and deadlines
  • Organize and manage resources such as human capital, materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in dissemination of information, meeting materials, and meeting minutes
  • Assist with the creation and development of visual presentations
  • Retrieve information, organize, and prioritize emails and calls
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5 years of Project Coordinator experience
  • Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Superior problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to interface at multiple levels across the organization and government
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced situations
  • Requires multi-tasking and maintaining a schedule while staying flexible to change based on priority. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
  • HUBZone Candidate Preferred

Requirements and Experience

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible project coordination experience
  • Cultural competence is required
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to organize work priorities effectively and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a changing environment
  • Experience working with Federal agencies preferred
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Background investigation required
