Seeking an experienced Physical or Occupational Therapist for a Director of Rehabilitation position. This role will create the structure and processes that will help the therapy department thrive. Will influence the vision of rehab department, lead the team and ensure that customers are happy. Will also be responsible for creating strategies to improve the clinical metrics and marketing the rehab department to create continued growth.
Requirements
1. Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist.
2. 3 or more years of Physical or Occupational Therapy experience.
3. 1 or more years of Therapy Management experience.

Pay: $90,096.84 - $108,503.73 per year
