Will Enterprises is currently searching for a Sales Representative / Account Manager. This is a full time position that will involve working with both existing customers as well as establishing new lines of business. The rep will be assigned a key group of accounts and be primarily responsible for fostering the business relationship, developing rapport, and providing service and support . The rep will also be responsible for developing new leads and referrals from their existing customer base as well as collaborating with them to generate new sales to meet their needs. Experience in sales is not a requisite; we will train the right individual. The majority of the day will be spent making phone calls to new sales leads and following up with current customers. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work on a deadline- Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to relate to customers in a professional manner- A willingness to learn new skills and sales information- Ability to use a PC efficiently and be proficient in the use of email, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents
