Position Summary:

The Salesforce Administrator will work collaboratively with the marketing, sales, and operational teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce-based solutions that streamline marketing campaigns and improve sales processes. In this role, they will be responsible for synchronizing campaigns with the marketing strategy, making recommendations for execution and automations, and creating, generating, and distributing regular and ad hoc reports to support interdepartmental teams. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about integrating Salesforce into a new sales environment, eager to promote it, and dedicated to establishing it as the system of record.

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to understand their ongoing requirements and articulate how Salesforce can assist in automated marketing campaigns.
● Create and organize the database of contacts to improve data cleanliness and integrity.
● Synchronize campaigns with the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment and making recommendations for execution and automations based on Salesforce capabilities.
● Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, working with Flow, approval processes, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports to help sales and marketing teams optimize their workflows.
● Collaboratively create training documentation for sales, marketing, and operational teams outlining processes, policies, and Salesforce help resources.
● Ensure data cleanliness and integrity, uploading new contacts and updating information regularly.
● Familiarity with and adherence to best practices governance, security and change management policies and processes.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201).
● At least three (3) years of experience working in a Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud organization while acting as an Admin is required.
● Experience using the Salesforce sales and service cloud.
● Familiarity with Salesforce integrations to Identity Access Management services (OKTA, Azure Active Directory).
● Previous experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
● Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce that support automated marketing campaigns.
● Understanding of marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua.

Working Conditions:

● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
● Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.
● Moves throughout the building to access files.
● Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
● Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
● Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
● Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
