Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finish Room Lead to oversee our production area. In this pivotal role, you'll manage a team of 4-8 people, ensuring efficient task completion and quality control. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and executing the department's workload.
• Setting directions for the team and ensuring efficient task completion.
• Collaborating with other shop leads to synchronize project timelines.
• Creating and documenting finish samples for future replication.
• Monitoring quality and conducting annual department reviews.
• Accurately updating progress in our MRP system.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with stains and finishes for wood products.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
