Job Description: We are seeking a diligent Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations, ensuring materials are handled efficiently and our warehouse runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and inspecting materials from deliveries, ensuring quality standards.
- Managing inventory, including barcode labeling, storage, and conducting physical counts.
- Pulling inventory for the shop, updating records, and delivering materials to the correct station.
- Operating a grinder and managing waste removal.
- Coordinating returns of excess material to suppliers.
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
- Collaborating with the shop team to meet production schedules.
- Performing other duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Minimum education requirement: GED.
- Experience in receiving and forklift operation is beneficial. Forklift certification training will be provided.
- Must pass a mandatory drug screening.
