As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you would be expected to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all that you do. You will serve as a main point of contact for our clients by handling not only any client that walks through our doors, but also inbound and outbound sales and service-related calls.
You will learn about all the products that we sell. Training is provided, and your development is our priority. Our goal is for you is to help you work hard to become the best version of yourself. Our drive as an organization is to help the families and businesses of our community protect themselves against all kinds of risk. You will help our agents grow and maintain new accounts and service our existing accounts as well. On your path to becoming a professional you will learn the nuances of Insurance laws and coverages to help make sure you, your family and community are protected.
Base compensation is based on Experience and Knowledge of the industry.
Education And/ or Experience
-High School Diploma, or equivalent
-0-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
-Basic computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) preferred
