Education & Experience

• At least 1 years' supervisory experience in a residential setting
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Who we are looking for:
Wildwood Residential Program is looking for a caring, compassionate Float Residential Manager to provide management coverage in our homes in the capital region.

Successful candidates will

• be comfortable stepping in and filling vacancies created by leaves of absence, vacation or vacant positions

This Full-Time, salaried position is typically a M-F schedule however this position also has on-call responsibilities for emergencies and other hours may be needed based on the need of the residential program you are covering

Qualifications

Other Requirements:

• A valid NYS license and clean driving record are required as you will be responsible to drive individuals to appointments and activities
• The ability to be on call for emergencies
• Certified or certification or eligible for Medication Administration, First-Aid and CPR 
• Certified or certification or eligible for SCIP-R - based on program need
