Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities and services
- Operate the phone system to answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or guest room
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Complete night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and generating reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises during the night shift
- Assist with any guest requests or issues that may arise during the night
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling cash transactions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
Note: This position requires working night shifts, typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
