Position Overview:
As a Candle Production Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in our product manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will evolve over time, starting with post-production finishing touches such as labeling and shelving candles. Eventually we will dive into various aspects of our operations, including candle making, packing, shipping, inventory management, and maintaining a pristine workspace. This dynamic role requires a keen eye for detail, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality. You'll receive comprehensive training, ensuring you become a well-rounded member of our candle crafting team.
After a one-month trial training period, this will be a hybrid of solo work and working alongside me (the owner). On occasion, the space can smell strongly of fragrance — something to be aware of if you have a sensitivity to smells. We also will have opportunities to produce candles for other businesses.
