Key Responsibilities:

Assist with and support:

• Safety initiatives
• The proper installation, operation, and maintenance of all facilities equipment, HVAC(Not required), compressed air, chill water, and electrical systems.
• Compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local safety and health, environmental, building and fire ordinances and standards.
• Our Preventative Maintenance Program, including completing work orders in the CMMS program
• Contract work performed, to ensure expectations are met.
• Plant objectives to support quality improvement and cost savings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

• 1-3 years related experience in an industrial setting
• Ability to do minor electrical/ mechanical repairs such as change motors and gearboxes and all power transmission items related to same
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other government regulations
• Must have good judgment and sound decision-making skills
• Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting (up to 50 pounds periodically w/ lift assist device)
• Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms
• A positive attitude and willingness to improve by learning new skills and technologies
