Assistant General Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to handle high volume while maintaining our standards of excellence.

DESCRIPTION:

• Leadership presence and involvement in Shift Management
• Models Hospitality and Delivers Service
• Develops staff and peers
• Inspirational leadership leading to operational excellence
• Deliver the highest quality of food and beverage products
• Consistent execution of all systems, standards and processes
• P&L responsibility and accountability
• Inventory control (food & product cost)

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of leadership as a manager
• Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality
• A cultural match (passionate, financially responsible, people-focused)
• Proven developer of people Strong Financial results
• Established longevity & career progression
• Professional image & demeanor
• Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results
• College Degree Preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
