tasc is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated assistant store manager. The right candidate will be energetic and share a passion for building a community, and a true believer in the tasc vision.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with other local business on events to increase brand awareness
• Elevate the customer experience
• Coordinate unique store events
• Provide leadership and direction to store team
• Assist in in-store merchandising
• Maximize store sales
• Supervise and train store staff
• Manage store social media

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in retail sales and management
• Understanding of all aspects of store operations
• Passion for events
• Ability to meet business goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Great customer service skills
