Please note, this position involves some serious wanderlust – with ~ 50% travel expected.Key Responsibilities:

• Get your hands dirty! Dive into the physical work of erecting and dismantling tents, setting up platform decks, loading trailers, and keeping tabs on inventory. Teamwork makes the dream work!
• Time to get your budgeting hat on! Manage the team's timecards and oversee the budget for out-of-town event productions. Money matters, and we trust you to handle it like a pro.
• Embrace the communal spirit! Respectfully cohabitate with your fellow team members in provided housing or camp settings. It's like a year-round summer camp, but with a serious mission.
