This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.·Telecommunications — Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems.·Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures Previous experience with installation and maintenance of P.O.S systems a plus Previous experience with installation and maintenance of surveillance systems a plus Physical Requirements:Manual dexterity to operate hand tools, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, sit, lift, grasp, perform repetitive motions involving bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, wrist motions and foot operations; ability to stand for an extended period of time. Ability to Lift up to 30lbs.
