Valley Precast Buena Vista

• Take customer orders and route trucks to exceed customer expectations and optimize delivery equipment.
• Actively involved in the development of new accounts, account strategies and product pricing to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with the company's wastewater products.
• Expected to be "last man out’ when needed to make deliveries.
• Train new drivers to operate equipment and to load and unload tanks safely and efficiently.
• Manage and communicate sales information and product changes both internally and externally.
• Represent the company at association meetings, trade shows and meetings with environmental health and sanitation groups company-wide.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new customers as well as expanding regulatory contacts.
• Troubleshoot problems regarding the wastewater product line. Answer questions from customers and handle complaints.
• Perform other job duties as may be assigned by plant manager.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of dispatching and driving experience preferred but not required
• Good driving record
• Commercial Driver’s License Must be willing to obtain within 3 months of hire date
• Working knowledge of the on-site wastewater industry is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of the Buena Vista area for truck routing is preferred but not required
