Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the logistics of our fleet operations. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch drivers
- Monitor and track the fleet
- Analyze data to optimize routes and improve efficiency
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and team employees
- Handle shipping and receiving documentation, as well as DOT documents
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving issues
- Collaborate with the fleet management team to ensure proper maintenance of vehicles

- Strong knowledge of dispatching procedures and logistics operations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
