We have a buy and build strategy and seek technical oilfield products and services with opportunities for growth, consolidation, and differentiation. Through strong sponsorship from RedBird Capita...l Partners (private equity firm) and Sallyport Investments (family office of Doug Foshee), we have $130MM+ of firm capital commitments with additional equity available for deals ranging from $2MM-$200MM+.
