Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team Member. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and hospitality and wants to gain experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Cook menu items according to recipes and portion control standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food handling or culinary roles is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
