Description

Wiese USA has an immediate opening for a Manager of Onboarding Services based out of our corporate office in Olivette, MO. As the Onboarding Services Manager for Wiese, you lead the Wiese customer onboarding team that establishes the data entry standards within Wiese’s operating system. Administer master file/table information to ensure consistency and integrity to both field and record level data.

A typical day includes:

• Represent a professional presentation to Wiese Team Members and customers by following the business attire policy and modeling the Wiese Values.
• Lead the teams that add / amend service contract records and new customer profiles within EBS and CRM to ensure customer record accuracy, service data accuracy and data integrity.
• Administer Parts and Labor pricing within the customer master file.
• Conduct periodic audit / exception reporting to detect and resolve errors within data tables.
• Assist in developing and updating Standard Work documents for this function.
• Track, analyze, and execute key performance metrics for this function.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to obtain accurate information ensuring data integrity in Wiese’s operating systems.
• Plan work using procedures, manuals, and experience to ensure timely and accurate response to customers demands.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop a team through visionary leadership. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Manage large and small-scale projects. Manage through change.
• Possess strong skills in strategic thinking, critical thinking and mathematical calculations.
• Previous exposure to operating system (EBS) a plus.
