Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Associate

Our client, a leading law firm specializing in Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation is seeking a 4th-8th year level associate to join their Litigation practice group in California.

Our client's Insurance Litigation practice is well-regarded, and their team represents insurers in complex coverage disputes and handles a wide range of Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation matters.

Required Experience:

• General Commercial Litigation.
• Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation experience.
• a JD from an ABA-accredited US law school.
• At least 4 - 8 years post-JD.
• Member of California State Bar.
• Experience representing Insurance Companies.
• Prior employment with an Am Law 100 firm is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are a must.
• Experience with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery.

The Litigation Group has experience with a variety of insurance products, including property and casualty insurance, directors and officers liability insurance, professional liability insurance, and other specialty lines. They have represented insurers in a range of disputes, including those involving environmental contamination, product liability, construction defects, and cyber liability, among others.

Remuneration for this position will be in the range of $140,000 - $200,000,

Hybrid working arrangements are in place. The firm expects a mix of in-person and WFH.
