PM SERVERS

Are you WICKED passionate about hospitality? Wicked Butcher is opening its new location in the heart of downtown Dallas, and we are hiring Servers and Bartenders! We are looking for someone that loves to go above and beyond to ensure that our guests are well taken care of! The ideal candidate will have a desire for personal growth, a willingness to go the "extra mile," and be a positive force in our restaurant.

Server/Bartender Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all food & beverage are to standards
• Maintain organization and cleanliness
• Assess customer needs and preferences to make recommendations
• Must have a minimum of 1 year in fine dining service
• Extensive wine knowledge a plus!

Requirements:

• A passion for the hospitality industry with a high level of professionalism
• Ability to understand and explain cooking techniques and menu items to our guests
• Must have open availability
• Salesmanship; Must be engaging and knowledgeable
• Reliable mode of transportation
• TABC certified

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: Hourly wage tips

Schedule: AM and/or PM shifts. Some weekends and/or holidays.
