Responsibilities
Manage hotel reservations includinghandling inquiries making bookings and confirming roomavailability.
Engage with guests through phoneemail and inperson interactions to assist with reservationinquiries changes andcancellations.
Process reservations collect paymentinformation and issue invoices or receipts asnecessary.
Promote additional services likeroom upgrades dining options and spa treatments to enhance theguest experience and increaserevenue.
Assist guests regarding generalinquiries directions and information about local attractions andservices.
Address and resolve guest issues orconcerns about reservations billing or servicequality.
Collaborate closely with vendors andsuppliers.
