We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated addition to join our call team. Inside Sales Representatives simultaneously provide prospects and customers with information about a business’ products and services without sounding “robotic” or “rehearsed.” As such, top Inside Sales Representatives often possess a strong customer service background. One of the most important tasks of an Inside Sales Representative involves retrieving customer information and accurately entering it into a computer system. Inside Sales Representatives set up new customer accounts, access existing customer accounts, and manage sensitive customer data across one or more computer systems. They multitask frequently and in many instances update records in the system while conversing with customers. This is a sales position requiring experience in customer service and data entry, while working with potential customers.
