Job Description:

We are seeking talented and creative cabinet designers to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with retail homeowners, contractors, and builders to design and sell cabinet solutions that meet their unique needs and preferences. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to turn concepts into compelling and practical cabinet layouts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences for kitchen and bath cabinetry.
• Utilize design software to create detailed and visually appealing cabinet layouts that optimize space and functionality.
• Present and discuss design concepts with clients, providing expert advice on materials, finishes, and hardware selection.
• Generate accurate quotes and proposals based on design specifications, ensuring clarity and transparency in pricing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and design techniques to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout the design and sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Designer or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 20/20 Design, ProKitchen or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry materials, finishes, and hardware.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of construction and remodeling processes is a plus.

This is a salary plus commission position where Designers can expect anywhere from $50,000 to $80,000 annually.

Hours of operations are:
Monday - Friday: 8AM - 4:30PM
Saturdays: 10AM - 2PM
