We are a growing chiropractic office in Austin looking for a ROCK STAR chiropractic assistant to add to our team! The right applicant is driven, focused and self motivated, is a team player, and can stand for long periods at a time. A detail and people oriented person who can effectively multi-task and oversee all of the office's daily procedures. Competitive wages starting at 18-20$ hr based on experience.

Prior administrative office experience preferred. Chiropractic office experience a bonus.

Duties include reception, payment processing, insurance verifications, assisting doctors, patient communications, filing, organization, taking x-rays (will be trained) and light cleaning

Qualifications and skills:

*Must be able to wear a smile all day : )
*Background in customer service or sales is a plus
*Excellent communicator and grammatical skills
*Reliable, dependable and organized
*Background working with Microsoft office, EHR experience a plus
*Knowledge about chiropractic care preferred but not required
*Highly organized & self motivated, kind, caring, compassionate personality
*Coachable, eager to learn
