Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, utilizing office systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical administrative support
- Assist with patient service, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns
- Perform front desk duties,
- Collaborate with the chiropractor to provide exceptional patient care and support
Requirements:
-Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to flexibly respond to changing demands.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Bilingual is required
