Hiring Preschool Director for established center.

The ideal candidate should have a love and dedication to the children, staff and overall center, must be flexible and have the ability to fill in when/where needed. Must take ownership and pride in running their center. have minimum 5 years experience as director.

Responsibilities will include:

• As the Center Director you will manage the assigned school in accordance with company financial and budgetary guidelines.
• Greet parents, assist with front office duties and customer service
• Operate the school according to state licensing standards
• Assist teachers with the weekly development and execution of the curriculum and program activities.
• Help with classroom coverage when needed
• Answer phones, schedule tours, tour and maintain enrollment
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with other staff members.
• Keep information about children, families, and staff confidential.
• Be reliable and punctual in attendance.

Our Ideal Candidate has:

• High School diploma/GED or College diploma
• Hold a current and valid Arizona driver's license or state ID
• DPS Fingerprint Level One Clearance Card
• CPR and First Aid Card
• Maricopa County Food Handler's Certificate
• Documentation of a Negative TB test
• Must be able to pass the DCS Registry background check
• Administrative Positions must have at least 2 years of Teaching Experience in a Quality Licensed Facility.

**Additional education/training requirements for position: Complete a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education/training per anniversary year commencing at the date of hire to maintain employment.**
