Preschool Director Needed for Growing Preschool Centers!

The ideal candidate should have a love and dedication to the children, staff and overall center, must be flexible and have the ability to fill in when/where needed. Must take ownership and pride in running their center. have minimum 3 years experience as director.
Responsibilities will include:
- As the Center Director you will manage the assigned school in accordance with company financial and budgetary guidelines.
- Greet parents, assist with front office duties and customer service
- Operate the school according to state licensing standards
- Assist teachers with the weekly development and execution of the curriculum and program activities.
- Help with classroom coverage when needed
- Answer phones, schedule tours, tour and maintain enrollment
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with other staff members.
- Keep information about children, families, and staff confidential.
- Be reliable and punctual in attendance.
Our Ideal Candidate has:
- High School diploma/GED or College diploma
- Hold a current and valid Arizona driver's license or state ID
- DPS Fingerprint Level One Clearance Card
- CPR and First Aid Card
- Maricopa County Food Handler's Certificate
- Documentation of a Negative TB test
- Must be able to pass the DCS Registry background check
- Administrative Positions must have at least 2 years of Teaching Experience in a Quality Licensed Facility.
**Additional education/training requirements for position: Complete a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education/training per anniversary year commencing at the date of hire to maintain employment.**
