Front Desk Reception - Per Diem
Week nights: Wed/Thurs 4p-8p
Weekends: Sun 9a-2p
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answers, screens and transfers telephone calls in a courteous professional manner.
- Takes accurate messages.
- Greets and directs visitors.
- Sorts mail to appropriate departments.
- Performs light clerical assignments.
Prerequisites:
- Previous switchboard experience preferred.
- Typing ability preferred.
- Ability to communicate in an efficient and pleasant manner.
- Must be able to maintain composure under extremely busy circumstances.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
