Our office is looking for a friendly, customer service oriented individual to fill the position of Medical Receptionist. The successful candidate will be required to greet customers and visitors to the office as well as be responsible for handling routine clerical duties. Past medical office experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Complete patient intake forms.
• Answer and direct calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorization for therapy
• Update patient files.

Individual must be able to multi-task, have good communication and computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
