Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must possess High school graduate or equivalent
• Process and verify timecards/sheets, schedules, etc., on a daily basis
• Ensure that the nurse aide certificate is verified and submitted to the Nurse Aide Registry on a timely basis
• Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in Payroll Administration
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers compensation
• MUST HAVE – ERP AP system experience (Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics preferred
• Must have, a minimum of, two (2) years experience in a nursing care facility
• Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census.
• Must have one (1) year of experience in scheduling at a nursing care facility
• Assisting with the scheduling process on the off days
