As part of our sales team, you will grow and expand your own client base by marketing our services for temporary and temporary-to-permanent staffing solutions. Our team places professionals throughout the corporate sector, including Accounting & Finance, Financial Services, Human Resources, Marketing & Advertising, Legal Services, and Office Support.
A Day in the Life:
Develop new client relationships through cold calling and prospecting to hiring managers
Build lists of new prospects and maintain those the company already has
Source for new hiring managers, decision makers and c-level executives at existing WCS
Navigate fees and rates for services
Manage the life-cycle process and establish point-of-contact relationships for future business
Work with internal HR teams, recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
Maintain on-going contact with client companies and temporary professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service
Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
Cross-sell other lines of business within WCS
Effectively sell our Healthcare Services Temporary-consulting service line

If You Are:

Good strategist and problem solver
Highly organized, attention to detail
And You Have:
Sales Experience including Call Center, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2b Sales or Cold Calling
Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships
Previous CRM/ATS system usage
Proficiency with MS Word (required) Excel (preferred)
Good written documentation skills
Comfortable conducting quality checks and navigating conflict
Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines, sense of urgency
