Whitecap Search is Hiring a RN - Labor & Delivery Near Gloversville, NY

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Labor and Delivery nurse for a well-established teaching hospital in Gloversville, NY. This is a full time night shift position, offering highly competitive pay and benefits!

Care for patients in triage, labor, ante-partum, and post-partum
Providing care for patients utilizing fetal and maternal monitoring equipment
Assessing, planning and evaluating patient care needs
Obtaining and inputting medical records into EMR system
Ability to work independently and capable of normal newborn care

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current NY State Registered Nurse License
3 years of experience in this specialty
Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through the American Heart Association
OR and Anesthesia on call
Ability to perform their own Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) recoveries; corometrics
