WCS Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to work a Remote contract position for a Telephonic Support team specializing in Adult Primary Care. This position exists within one of the most trusted and respected medical groups in New York. This is a full time day shift position offering competitive pay and benefits!

Job Function:

• Providing professional nursing care to patients/ significant others via telephone contact
• Following established standards and practices
• Coordinating with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts and active patient participation in planning and care.
• Assisting physician or other provider with clinical procedures, performs telephonic triage as needed and participates in patient teaching

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in Remote Triaging or Case Management
• NY State License as an RN
• BLS certification
