We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who has passion for modern and artful web design, a love of problem-solving, and an exceptional eye for detail. This position is unique because of the wide range of projects you’ll have the opportunity to lead. While the focus is on creating bespoke, functional design interfaces, you may also contribute to other design projects as needed.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented User Interface Designer to join our team. As a User Interface Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive designs. If you have a passion for design thinking, responsive web design, and creating exceptional user experiences, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and project goals
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal user experience across different devices
- Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Apply experience design principles to enhance usability and accessibility of digital products
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a User Interface Designer or similar role
- Proficient in design thinking methodologies and processes
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design principles
- Experience with data visualization techniques
- Familiarity with tools such as Telerik, Scrum, Unreal Engine, Adobe Target, Visual Design, Fireworks
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
