Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role involves managing all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting. The ideal candidate will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring financial precision and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable: Oversee the coding of all invoices and run check registers monthly.
• Accounts Receivable: Manage drafts and transfers between financial accounts; ensure accurate and timely billing for tenant services.
• Payroll: Process payroll checks, manage GL entries, and review timesheet coding for accuracy.
• General Accounting: Assist in month-end closing processes and the preparation of company tax documents.
• Miscellaneous: Maintain updated SOPs and Manuals for all departments, oversee record keeping and filing accuracy, and manage supplies inventory.

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in financial accounting.
• Detailed experience with general ledger, payroll processing, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements, including the preparation of tax documents.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Proven ability to manage multiple financial processes and maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial procedures.

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
