Responsibilities:

- Utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and schedule maintenance tasks
- Responding to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing necessary repairs

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees and address their maintenance needs
- Proficiency in using a CMMS for tracking and scheduling maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of various maintenance techniques, including troubleshooting, repair, and fabrication
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and proper maintenance procedures

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
