Job Expectations and Accountabilities:
* Support the job needs as communicated by the Manager of Cleaning
* Fulfill all jobs related to cleaning, room preparation, laundry, re-stocking, and quality control:
* Clean all aspects of the room (or living space) according to the standards manual
*Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaning staff.
*Train and mentor cleaning personnel on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
*Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of facilities and ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
*Handle scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
* Maintain the cleaning standards, as provided.
* Do laundry and keep laundry room clean
* Restock any sundry items that are customarily provided such as toilet paper, kleenex, soap etc.
* Note items used on restocking form, or as per process to be used
* Bring to management’s attention any wear and tear to furniture or fixtures requiring repair and/or replacement; notify when linens are outdated or damaged
* Conduct one’s own quality check before leaving the room that you have cleaned
* Use Flexkeeping to communicate with front desk, cleaning manager, and maintenance
* Live the values of WR
* Work as a Team player
* Always be on time
* Always be courteous and polite with our clients
* If you cannot solve a request or problem, bring it to the attention of your manager
