White Oak Vision Center is Hiring an Optometric Technician Near Cincinnati, OH

We are looking for an experienced Technician to be the Doctors Tech and a face of the office. You will be expected to perform a variety of tasks requested from the doctor such as; completing preliminary testing before the patients exam, cleaning rooms, stocking rooms etc. To be successful in this position, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. We are looking for full time 35-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Taking patients back to do preliminary testing for the doctor, cleaning doctors rooms once a patient is gone etc.
  • Working closely with the doctors on how to transcribe in the EHR system.
