DEPARTMENT: Nursing

SUPERVISOR: Director of Nursing

PURPOSE: Responsible for planning and implementing program audits and monitoring data, and will act as a resource to support the facilitys ongoing QI program. Will work with the Administrator/Director of Nursing or other designated individual to ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements pertaining to facility health records.
