White Oak Charlotte is offering a $7,500 Sign-on Bonus for all RN positions!

White Oak Manor of Charlotte is a 180-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility located near uptown Charlotte in the Oakhurst area.

We are seeking an experienced Full-time RN Supervisor to join our Nurse Leadership team! This position is for first shift, Monday-Friday.

Key responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Coordinating patient care plans by liaising with all necessary care providers and medical professions to ensure patient needs are met
• Coordination with other staff members regarding patient care, for admitting and discharging patients, coordinating follow-up appointments and referring patients to specialists as needed
• Leading ways to improve the quality of patient care provided by the facility
• Creating efficient systems and workflows 
• Attending departmental meetings and staying up to date on business initiatives 
• Collecting and inputting patient data, insurance information, and financial information into computer system
• Experience with budgeting to ensure that the facility is well-equipped to provide quality service
• Meeting with patients and patient families to ensure their needs are being met and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse in NC
• 5 years of proven success in leadership roles
• Excellent computer skills 
• Superior interpersonal communication skills and the ability to exercise empathy when working with patients and their families
• Strong organizational and time management skills, competing priorities are common in this position
• Demonstrate an understanding of standard clinical procedures, NC laws and long-term care regulations
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology
