Job Description:
As a Day Spa Concierge you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth spa operations. Your duties will include:
- Greeting and welcoming spa guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Managing spa bookings and appointment schedules efficiently.
- Providing detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Coordinating with therapists and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area and throughout the spa.
- Assisting with retail sales of spa products and merchandise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for wellness, self-care, and delivering outstanding service.
- Availability to work weekends
