The Brand Ambassador will serve as an expert in the brands we offer and will increase brand awareness and sales by promoting our products at our White Fire retail store. The Brand Ambassador will assist with development of an overall sales and customer service training program. The program will include communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback and representing the brand at our location. This individual will conducts product demonstrations while educating customers about our products.

Essential Functions:

● Build and maintain rapport with customers and vendors

● Post about our products and services to our online platforms

● Create, share, and respond to online reviews

● Assist in organizing marketing events

● Track customer’s preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas

● Provide feedback to the appropriate departments regarding customer requests

● Track and report competitors

● Assist with special events as needed

● Has strong familiarity with the company's products, mission and values and is able to communicate these to customers

● Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products

● Ensure White Fire has marketing materials (posters and flyers) and promotional give away items

● Other duties as assigned

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

● Must be at least 21 years of age

● High school diploma or the equivalent in work experience

Experience :

● At least two years customer service or sales experience

● Cannabis promotional, sales and/or marketing experience preferred

● Strong working knowledge of cannabis products, brands and strains

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

● Ability to have a flexible schedule

● Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays

● Must have a clean, professional appearance and communication

● Must have strong customer service and sales skills

● Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail

● Extensive knowledge of or interest in cannabis including consumption methods, recreation and medical marijuana laws, strains and more

● Ability to record daily sales

● Ability to work as a retail associate when needed

● Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Physical Demands:

● The employee is frequently required to use hands to type, handle, feel and see

● The employee is regularly required to walk, sit, talk and hear for long periods of time

● The employee is regularly required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or reach

● The employee must have the ability to occasionally safely lift and/or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
