**Brand Ambassador - Dyson Beauty** Location **CA - SAN JOSE** **ActionLink** is growing! We are hiring a **part-time** **Beauty Advisor** to join our Dyson Beauty Team. We are a premier retail merchandising and sales solutions company whose focus is connecting people with the brands they love! Our Brand Ambassadors increase sales by demonstrating our clients’ innovative and exciting products and showcasing why Dyson hair styling tools are different, pioneering, and the best money can buy! **What you’ll be doing** You will be representing Dyson and their premier line of personal hair styling products in retailers such as Best Buy, Nordstrom, Sephora, and Ulta Beauty. As a Beauty Brand Ambassador, you will be exciting customers by demonstrating the powerful features of the Dyson Supersonic, Airwrap, Corrale, and Airstrait products. You will also maintain merchandising standards, complete surveys with feedback and photos after each work shift in your assigned retail locations and participate in team meetings with your District Manager. **About you** Many of our best Beauty Advisors are currently employed or working freelance with other companies associated with haircare or cosmetics brands. You can handle hair confidently, perform fundamental curling and straightening techniques, and apply hair products during in-store events. You can create in-store theater by showcasing and demonstrating products to explain why Dyson hair styling tools are different, pioneering, and simply the best! **What we offer** The wage range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour commensurate with experience. 401(k) plan with employer match. W2 Employment Paid time off **Schedule and coverage area** Part time opportunity working 16 hours per weekend Current shifts are Saturday and Sunday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm Major retailer in the San Jose area **Qualifications** Valid cosmetology license is preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years of age. 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, and or sales related position. Access to a reliable vehicle to travel to assigned locations. Access to a smart device to complete reports and submit photos. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs., potentially overhead for display and demonstration use and the ability to stand for up to eight hours at a time.
