Must be knowledgeable about beer, cider, seltzers and wine, must have at least one year of serving or bartending experience. Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time as well as be able to lift up to 40lbs. Preferable experience with Toast POS system. You must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities:

● Maintain full knowledge of all products and inventories

● Remain current with intervention procedures and house policies concerning: establishing limits, cutting off a patron and dealing with an unruly patron

● Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

● Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make changes (if applicable) using Toast POS system

● Wash and sterilize glassware

● Sell snacks provided in the taproom

● Clean up after outside food deliveries if necessary

● Clear and reset tables in the taproom

● Make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages

● Ensure that all public areas (inside and outside) are clean and inviting

● Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Tapwall Manager

● Assist with the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies

● Clean and stock bathrooms as necessary

● Adhere to the schedule set forth by the Tapwall Manager and execute the duties and responsibilities assigned

About us: In October 2023 we will open the first self-pour taproom in St.Cloud in the historic Whitney building. We will use Ipourit technology which allows for a unique customer experience. We plan on hosting events such as bingo and trivia night as well as the occasional musician. Besides snacks such as chips and pretzels, no food will be served at our establishment although customers will be encouraged to order-in food from local restaurants.
