Job description

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary, $42900-$60,000 based of experience.
  • Uncapped monthly performance bonus based on site performance and profitability.
  • 80 hours of PTO
  • Full benefits package (retirement, health, life, vision, dental, etc.)

Summary

  • This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at one of our express wash locations. The Site Manager will be tasked with leading training and development of staff, ensuring operational standards are being met, overseeing site-level profitability, and instilling a positive environment for both customers and employees. The Site Manager will be expected to deliver growth and customer satisfaction at their location.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Being able to provide industry leading service.
  • Able to work outside in varying weather conditions and stand for long periods of time.
  • Promoting sales, managing expenses, and maximizing profitability through P&L management
  • Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company's vision; customer experience and financial strategies for the store
  • Training of Associates – Evaluate performance and set goals
  • Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized overall site appearance
  • Overseeing preventative maintenance programs
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required
  • Ensuring adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures, and processes
  • Maintaining and imposing a professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Unwavering cleanliness standards

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • High school education or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Knowledge of the car wash business preferred but not required
  • Previous management experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to work weekends.

Skills Preferred

  • Understanding of car wash equipment and chemicals
  • Windows office applications
  • Knowledge of Point-of-Sales (POS) systems
  • Experience working within HR Platforms such as Paychex
