Position: Concierge

General Job Summary: This position is a multi-faceted position that requires customer service, telephone skills, business office skills, strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT), ability to work on multiple programs and systems. Professional demeanor, discretion and maturity are imperative. Coordination and performance of services and staff are vital in this position. Periodic handling of emergencies.

Essential Duties:

  • Create, manage, and grow revenue for Concierge program and services for residents and guests.
  • Orchestrate services to be provided by you or other staff to serve needs.
  • Maintain excellent driving record and support documentation to provide transportation services.
  • Keep records and handle billing for services in a timely manner.
  • Create publicity materials about services, and coordinate dissemination or postings.
  • Communicate with residents on needs and ideas for more services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Driving for transportation services. Current drivers license required.
  • Experience working in a reception or customer service environment.
  • Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
  • CPR/First Aid certified, preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Publisher, with Intermediate skills in PPT, Excel, Outlook, other programs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.28 - $21.25 per hour
