WHC Worldwide | zTrip is Hiring a Business Development/Sales Representative Near Kansas, MO

zTrip is seeking an energetic and strategic_ Business Development/Sales Representative _to expand our services and client base in the areas of taxi services, NEMT, and airport transport. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging with brokers, orchestrating group sales, and managing relationships with government agencies to foster growth and increase market presence.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development/Sales Representative :

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to enhance service utilization among brokers, group travel coordinators, and government entities.
  • Forge and maintain relationships with key industry brokers, travel organizers, and government officials to facilitate partnership opportunities and contract acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to design and deploy targeted RFPs and sales pitches tailored for group and institutional clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, assess competitor strategies, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Manage sales processes from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring alignment with zTrip’s strategic goals and operational capacities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications of a Business Development/Sales Representative:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the transportation sector.
  • Demonstrable success in managing sales initiatives and partnerships within the transportation industry.
  • Strong networking skills, particularly in dealing with brokers, group sales, and government agencies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for persuasive presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
