Responsibilities Duties:

Ensure the restaurant is kept clean through industry best safety and sanitation practices

Maintain a clean kitchen throughout the shift by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and removing the trash

Follow recipes to prepare our in-house recipes

Practice great time management to ensure the entire prep sheet is completed efficiently

Understand the spec sizes, taste and visual expectations of all prep items

Ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly

Qualifications Skills:

Ability to work nights and weekends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs. as needed

Must have a courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers

Follow recipes to prepare our in-house recipes

Ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly

Follow good time management practices to cook each food order within the expected ticket time

Conduct industry best safety and sanitation practices

Maintain a clean kitchen throughout the shift by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces and removing the trash

Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Practice stellar communication with all coworkers during high-intensity shift
